A user has a word doc created with bullet points that is shared by a few people. Whenthe doc is returned to the user she can no longer see the bullet points or when she prints they are also missing. This is a large doc and is a pain to always re-insert the bullets. Any suggestions why this is happening? Users have Windows 2000 Pro and office 2000 and Office XP
Thanks

I suspect that if you check under Tools => Templates and Add-Ins you'll find
a check mark in the box about updating styles from the template. This should
be unchecked.

For more, you'll have to delve into Word's numbering (bullets are a subset
of the numbering methods).
